HELPING AAL JP PROJECTS TO GO TO MARKET
Brussels, 7 November 2012 – The final report of the first phase of the AAL 2 Business support action was released this week. The AAL Joint Programme publishes here the main findings of an activity intended to help its projects to getting their results to the market.
At the end of year 2011, the AAL Association launched a tender requesting proposal for an action to support the projects of the AAL JP in market oriented activities. Primary resource for preparing and tuning the methodology for a scaled-up action was a series of five workshops organized with AAL JP project participants. The workshops took place in May and June 2012 in Paris, Stockholm, Budapest, Vienna and Bilbao.
Based on these workshops, the report analyses the commercialisation challenges experienced by AAL JP projects with a focus on
- practices and setup of AAL JP projects;
- current state-of-the-art of AAL solutions;
- organizations needed in adopting AAL solutions;
Furthermore, a tool kit to develop business models, which was explained and used during the AAL2Business workshops, was distributed to all project coordinators.
