Designing a viable business model for AAL projects
The fourth AAL 2 Business Methodology Workshop will take place in Vienna on 26 November 2016. Twenty-one participants from projects funded by the AAL programme will participate in the workshop, focused on the topic “How to build viable business models in AAL projects”. The workshop, organised in the framework of the AAL2Business Support action, aims at reporting to the participants how AAL projects can apply new business development methods and lean principles to rapidly design and test business models and value propositions that are viable in the future’s AAL markets.
