A specific topic on “ Accelerating market introduction of ICT solutions for Health, Well-Being and Ageing Well” has been published by the European Commission, in the framework of the Horizon 2020 Instrument for SMEs in the 206-2017 “Innovation in SMEs”  Work Programme. The objective will be  “ to help overcome the current gaps in exploitation of promising research results in ICT for Health, Well-being and Ageing well and to stimulate increased availability and market uptake of relevant ICT products and services.” SMEs or consortia of SMEs will have the chance to submit a proposal both for  Phase1 (Feasibility study) and Phase 2 (Innovation project). The Instrument for SMEs  is the new tool to support the market uptake of innovative and original concepts conceived by Small and Medium Enterprises in Europe.
