The edition 2013 of the AAL Forum is going to take place from 24 to 26 September in Norrköping, Sweden. Our goal is, again, to bring to you the best of the AAL world at your reach and to make our community aware of the newest opportunities offered by a growing market.

The AAL JP Forum is the yearly event of the AAL JP with an AALA partner state as the local host. It follows the rotation principle during the lifetime of the AAL JP.

The main aims and goals of AAL JP Forum is to support the AAL JP by community building and providing a discussion platform for innovation, dissemination and awareness ‐ including presentation of project results, discussion of future call topics, ongoing activities, strategy input and policy thinking. Furthermore, the Forum is growingly matching the world of business with the projects.

This year we expect to involve very much the older adults and to open the doors to the futuristic high tech, especially in the domain of visualisation and new media technology. While still focused on the key themes inclusion, independence and impact, the Forum will provide and reflect on the integration of these including additional issues – as always! In addition, it will give a great opportunity to reflect on the issues around remaining active in the society and how this may be enabled and supported by means of ICT. Last but not least, it will outline the likely continuation of the AAL JP in the coming years.
