Interim Evaluation of the Active & Assisted Living Programme
The Interim Evaluation addresses the first three years of the operation of the AAL Programme. It covers the following five key aspects:
- continued relevance and appropriateness as an Article 185 initiative
- added value at European and national level
- effectiveness in meeting its objectives
- efficiency of implementation
- coherence with other EU initiatives and policies.
