New Toolkit for AAL Projects
New toolkit released to support AAL projects to strengthen their Business Model!
The AAL Programme has recently published the “AAL project Business Model development toolkit”. The toolkit, which is available here, is intended to support the project participants in all the phase of the project lifecycle, guiding them through the “dos and don’ts” when designing, testing and validating their roadmap for business success. Developed in the framework of the AAL2Business Support Action, the toolkit presents some useful hints and methods (like Innovation sprints, iterative processes, canvas and test cards) AAL project participants could get inspired from when it comes to thinking how to make money out of their project idea. The Programme encourages project participants, potential applicants in future calls and whoever is interested in commercialising an AAL solution to have a look at this fresh and inspiring toolkit.
